Comments We have a very active Pro Bono program. While we are a corporate law firm and our focus is on serving the needs of our clients, we also recognize the importance of giving back to the community. We provide free legal services to persons of limited means or charitable, religious, civic, community and educational organizations. Pro Bono hours are treated as billable hours and the firm has made a 30 hour pledge per each lawyer per year.

The firm has also hired Grace Pastine as our Pro Bono Counsel. Grace works closely with our pro bono committee to help lead, and strategically manage, our Canadian pro bono program. In this critical time for civil liberties and human rights, we are proud to establish this mandate, which is a first-of-its-kind in our firm, but also for law firms across Canada.
