Comments	Professional Development is a high priority at our firm and starts the day you join us as a student or stagiaire. We see you not as a student but as a future Davies lawyer. So we make it a top priority to support you. Each year, the Chief Legal Talent & Culture Officer works closely with our Professional Development Committee to develop a curriculum that includes seminars and workshops on ethics and professionalism, practice management, client service, and skills development. Our ongoing professional development programs follow an intensive one to two week orientation program for those students and stagiaires who are new to the firm. You will be learning constantly on the job. In addition, you will also be paired with mentors responsible for helping you integrate into the firm. You can count on them for ongoing advice and guidance throughout your development. And beyond this formal program, you'll find that open doors and helpful conversations are a hallmark of our firm.
