Comments	Community engagement is a very important value for our firm that we encourage from the first day you arrive. Our people are deeply engaged in the communities in which we live and work. Both collectively and individually, we pursue community service and pro bono initiatives throughout the year. Every summer our students work as a group to identify a local organization or cause that is meaningful to them. They then come up with a plan to make an impact for that organization through their actions, rather than simply by raising funds. In the past, our students have served meals to the homeless, organized a celebration at a nursing home, helped prepare a summer camp for underprivileged children and more. Davies was recognized by Lexpert with a Zenith award, celebrating law firm social responsibility, for the strength of this program. We also support our lawyers who want to teach, write papers and speak at legal and business conferences. These activities both enrich our personal experience practising law and help us make a contribution to the community. More information available on our website.
