Please describe your diversity programs and initiatives	At Lavery, we have been actively engaged for many years in promoting diversity in the legal profession and among our administrative staff. Our vision of inclusiveness is part of our DNA and we are convinced that the richness of each person's different backgrounds fosters the excellence of our teams and maximizes innovation in the legal field. To date, we have undertaken a variety of initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion and and also the presence of women in private practice and in leadership and management positions. For example, we are involved in various initiatives that share our vision, including: - Pride at Work - Women in Governance - Justicia Project (Quebec Bar) - Panorama Project (Quebec Bar) - Main Partner of the Semaine de l’implication féminine à l’Université de Montréal - LGBTQ2+ Law Firm Tour
