A highlight of this is our International Academies, which are a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills, network with colleagues and connect with firm leaders. The Academies are multi-day programs that bring associates together from across the country. Our curriculum provides critical learning in business development, people management, leadership and communication skills for each phase of your associate career. Our practice groups also regularly deliver programs for lawyers and students to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest legal developments. We also partner with best-in-class external program providers - including The Advocates’ Society and Marquee Group - to provide lawyers with opportunities to hone their litigation, finance and accounting skills.
