Comments	WeirFoulds has an extensive internal CLE/CPD program which is overseen by our Director of Legal Talent. This program includes sessions on practice management and skills including, for example, a litigation advocacy skills program, corporate negotiation and drafting program and business development sessions. We also conduct internal programs on substantive legal issues. Individual practice groups also pursue internal CLE initiatives. We fund external CLE attendance and encourage our associates to attend programs of interest. We arrange for individual coaching for associates on a case-by-case basis.
