| Details of coaching/mentoring program | In addition to line supervision, we have implemented a mentorship program. A mentor (or supervising partner), who may not be the lawyer’s immediate superior, is the attached to each lawyer who joins the firm. The mentor does not take part in the daily conduct or daily exercise of the lawyer’s practice. His role is to assist and guide the lawyer, to facilitate his integration, his fulfillment, and his personal success within the firm. Regular meetings are held with the lawyer, who can also seek the assistance of his mentor as needed. This is a key element to the success of our programme. |

Our professionals are encouraged to take part in seminars and conferences, when those are related to the practice of their professional activities. Numerous internal trainings are also offered to allow our lawyers to meet the Bar’s hour requirements on continuing education.
Two internal training committees work jointly to offer our members relevant training sessions on areas related to the practice of law. The development of our professionals’ skills is one of our priorities. We accompany students and articled students who wish to work on improving their French or English language skills, and study on a case-by-case basis the possibility of refunding the costs of training activities related directly to our professions and recognized by the ministère de l’Éducation du Québec. |

| Comments | RSS has developed an immersive learning program corresponding to the career goals of our students and the competitive and constantly changing reality of the legal world. Our programme is inspired by industry trends and adapts to new perspectives in the legal community. As we have done for the past few years, we continue to adapt to a constantly changing environment to guide our students on the road to success. |
