Please describe your diversity programs and initiatives Our commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion is embedded in how we work every day. Our diverse and inclusive culture strengthens our relationships with clients, shaping the work we do on their behalf.

At Davies, our EDI programming and initiatives include an active D&I Council; a Diversity and Engagement Survey; unconscious bias training in recruitment, talent management and performance evaluations; a longstanding support for our women through mentorship and special programming; mental health initiatives for promoting a mentally healthy workplace and reducing stigma; pro bono initiatives; people networks and opportunities to attend and speak at conferences on issues relating to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
