Our in-house Learning team develops seminars covering a broad range of topics that focus on core and current legal issues, as well as on practice management, professional responsibility, ethics and skills development. Formal training programs are supplemented by direct involvement in client service teams. Senior lawyers ensure that associates participate in meetings, negotiations, conference calls, business development and client social events, and the billing process. |
