Details of coaching/mentoring program	RBS maintains a mentoring program for associates. Associates are paired with a mentor of their choice and are encouraged to meet monthly. Students (both summer and articling) are mentored by their principals and "buddies". The firms also encourages and fosters mentoring through informal means. All students and associates are supported in their individual career paths by the Director of Professional Development.
