Mail merge lists are provided in plain text, comma-delimited format, which you can then use in your word processing or spreadsheet application to generate letters and mailing labels. Merge lists include the name of the person specified to receive inquiries and the postal mailing address for each selected organization.

NALP will not send you e-mail, add your name to any mailing list or sell your e-mail address to any third party. Your address is used simply as an identifier.
